Returns

We want you to be satisifed with your purchase from The Gear Boxx.  If you’re not, we want to make it right. 

1. Request an RMA

Contact our customer service team at support@thegearboxx.com.  Please include your original order number and request an RMA.  We will gladly accept new items that don’t fit or don’t meet your expectations.  

2. Mail the product back to us

Be sure to include your RMA number in the return address.  You are responsible for return shipping.

3. Receive your refund

It can take up to 7 days for us to process your return and refund your purchase to your original payment method once we receive your returned item.  It may take additional time for your refund to appear on your credit/debit card. 

Thanks for your purchase.  If you’re here, we assume there’s some reason that you’d like to send your order back.  We will gladly accept items that don’t fit or don’t meet your expectations.  We want to make things right!  That’s why we have a simple, (3) step return process for orders which have been placed fewer than (30) days ago.  

Returns

RMA requests must be made within (30) days of the original purchase date.  Returns must not be warn and must include the original tags.  

Exceptions

Defective merchandice may be subject to different refund policies.  If you received a product which you feel is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service at support@thegearboxx.com.
